Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to ask a return and if confirmed, you have to send them back within these same 14 days. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@pistachegoods.com and tell us your reason and your order number. Shipping costs for returns are at your own cost. Items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return or aresent back too late (14 days) will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards except for when items are damaged.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
